I stopped in to check out a jacket, the staff made it feel like I was interrupting their day. Nobody came over to help, and when I finally asked about sizing, the response was short and unfriendly. The clothes looked decent, but after that experience, I wouldn’t really trust their customer service if I needed help with anything.

The second I took this shirt out of the package, it just felt cheap. I tried not to judge too fast, but after one wash the seams were already coming loose, so my first impression was spot on. Definitely not the quality I expected for the price

I ordered a patterned top from jmclaughlin.com, and the colors looked close to the photos. Maybe just a little brighter in person, but nothing major. The print was what I expected too, so no weird surprises there. I took off one star because one of the shades looked a bit different in regular lighting, but overall I’m happy with it

They did end up helping me, but it took longer than I expected (not a huge deal, just a little frustrating). Overall, the service was fine, just not especially quick.
